The Trainee Programs
The Trainee Programs at the BAUR-Group are all individually designed and are based on the requirements of the respective specialist area and your previous knowledge. We agree the start dates individually and also take your personal wishes into account where possible.
We make you fit for success
A personal contact person in the company will be at your side at all times during your traineeship. During your 18 months as a trainee, we will provide you with comprehensive basic knowledge in your specialist area as well as interdisciplinary know-how.
