The Group's Core Company is BAUR with its online store baur.de. In addition, the Austrian subsidiary Otto Austria Group is responsible for brands such as Universal, Otto Austria, Quelle Austria, Germany and Switzerland, as well as Ackermann and Lascana. The Services division includes BFS Baur Fulfillment Solutions, the E-commerce Service Provider Empiriecom and BAUR Studios.
BAUR Versand combines team spirit and commerce: We are one of the pioneers in the mail order business and move with the times - from a proven catalog retailer to a modern online retailer.
In our online store, we mainly offer fashion, shoes and home furnishings - we pay attention to quality, service and an up-to-date range. Our range includes products from well-known manufacturers as well as exclusive own brands and mainly serves customers aged between 40 and 55.

BFS Baur Fulfillment Solutions is the specialist for the entire value chain in online and distance selling, and has been since 2004.
We advise and take care of the entire business process: from ordering to delivery, from service to invoicing. We are always there for our customers from our headquarters in Burgkunstadt and five other locations.
