Healthy Eating Day takes place every year on March 7. It is intended to remind us how important a balanced and healthy diet is. This point can easily be forgotten, especially in stressful office life. But a healthy lifestyle can also be implemented in the workplace. Use Meal Prep to prepare larger portions at once - perfect for saving time and stress. Fresh fruit, crunchy vegetable sticks with hummus or a homemade salad are delicious and nutritious options.
Don't forget to drink enough water. A stylish water bottle placed on your desk can help you keep track and remind you to drink regularly. This will keep your energy levels constant and help you keep a clear head. If you find plain water too boring, simply spice it up with fruit such as lemon or raspberries. These natural flavors give your water a refreshing touch.
A healthy breakfast gives you enough energy for a good start to the day. Make sure your breakfast is high in protein and fiber. Oatmeal with fruit and nuts or wholemeal bread with avocado and egg are great for this.

For 10 energy balls you need:
- 50 g chopped almonds
- 90 g dates (pitted)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ pinch of salt
Place the ingredients in a blender and chop to the desired consistency. Take a tablespoon of dough at a time and shape into small balls. Roll the energy balls in grated coconut, ground almonds, sesame seeds or similar as desired.
