Working remotely from abroad for a limited period of time at your own request - Work@tion makes this possible. Work@tion is basically the Europe-wide version of Anywhere Office, which is available throughout Germany. The regulation for Work@tion is the same: Working in an EU country also includes all employment contract activities (online and offline) that can be carried out outside the BAUR Group's business premises.
Anyone who meets the legal requirements can work in any EU country (except Belgium) and in Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein.
After work is done, the end of the day can then be spent not only on the couch at home, but above all exploring the chosen EU country. The vacation feeling is therefore practically right on your doorstep - for up to 30 working days a year.
It should be noted that mobile working abroad is not feasible for every professional field. A logistician who is tied to a specific location in terms of their field of activity cannot claim Work@tion for themselves in the same way as, for example, a personnel officer, who can work remotely very well anyway.

If you are unable to separate the two while abroad, you may not be able to completely distance yourself from work during your free time or you may already be thinking about your free time while you are working.
- Depending on what you use Work@tion for, you may feel lonely in your chosen destination because you don't have anyone to talk to there. If you don't prepare for this in advance or don't know how to deal with it, it can be quite overwhelming and lead to resentment.
